The Maker can keep design data, preferences, template candidates, and a private owner token in browser storage. Clearing site data can remove that work.
Updated October 11, 2026
This policy explains what RantLayout handles when you browse, make, save, upload, submit, or contact us—and how advertising and analytics choices work.
This policy applies to rantlayout.com, including the Maker, Gallery, official assets, saved-layout, feedback, blog, and support pages. Most pages do not require an account.
The Maker can keep design data, preferences, template candidates, and a private owner token in browser storage. Clearing site data can remove that work.
Uploads and saved layouts may include assets, design JSON, previews, titles, tags, creator details, review status, and timestamps. Account feedback includes your message, its source page, status, and replies linked to your private account ID; your email and internal notes are never displayed publicly. When our team changes your feedback status or replies, we send a transactional update through Cloudflare Email Service to your verified account email. These messages do not subscribe you to marketing; internal notes are never included.
When community accounts are enabled, you can create an account with Google or, where available, a verified email address and password. RantLayout stores your display name, email address, verification state, account ID and session records; Google may also provide a profile image. Password accounts store a salted password hash, never your readable password. These records connect your Creator Profile, layouts, notifications, follows, feedback, reports, blocks, and contact requests. Discord cannot create a separate RantLayout account; while signed in, you may explicitly connect Discord as a backup sign-in method even when it uses a different verified email address. RantLayout does not implicitly merge accounts, and a provider already connected to another RantLayout account cannot be taken over. Your email address and internal account ID are not displayed on public Creator Profiles.
Creator contact requests are structured requests rather than open direct messages. The sender's message and optional contact detail are visible to the receiving creator; a creator contact detail is shared back only after the creator accepts. Block and moderation records are retained as needed to enforce safety controls and preserve an audit trail.
External support links are supplied by creators. Clicking one may take you to an independent service with its own privacy practices. RantLayout records a limited support-link click event but does not process payments made through those links.
Purchase availability is shown on the Pricing page. Historical and test billing records are kept separate from live customer purchases. Sandbox credits cannot be used for paid AI requests.
Enabled checkout uses Subotiz for hosted checkout and payment processing. Payment details are entered with the payment service, not in the Maker. RantLayout does not need or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. The applicable payment-provider information is shown at checkout.
RantLayout will keep the account and order references, purchased product and price version, amount/currency, payment status, service period, cancellation and refund/reversal status, and credit grants/reservations/usage needed to deliver the purchase, prevent duplicate processing and reconcile transactions. Refund or delivery support may include your purchase email, order reference and explanation. These records are private and are not published to Gallery or Creator Profiles.
Free AI requests will use a separate daily allowance; Trial, Creator and purchased-pack balances will record their own source and expiry. Technical request and job identifiers may be used for account limits, abuse prevention, delivery evidence and billing review. These operational records are not used as marketing consent. Only information necessary for a payment or refund is sent to the payment processor; your creative prompts and images are not ordinary payment fields.
Where needed for accounting, disputes, legal obligations or preventing repeated financial processing, billing records can be retained after account deletion or a refund. An expired credit is not an instruction to delete your artwork. Before closing an account with a valid paid balance, contact us about the balance and available remedies; deletion, cancellation and a refund are separate processes.
Existing on-device cutout, local recoloring and manual PNG repair run in your browser and do not need a paid cloud AI request. A future cloud AI operation requires your explicit submission of the prompt and any reference image, together with the selected model, job and quoted credit charge. Images or prompts may then be sent to the processing service to fulfil that specific request.
Cloud AI shortcuts are currently available only as an Owner preview. AI recolor uses FLUX.2 Klein 9B Edit, AI Sprite cutout uses BiRefNet v2, PNG alpha cleanup uses Bria background removal, and optional object selection uses Meta SAM 3, all through fal.ai. Object selection sends your image and object description to the cloud service and returns an editable selection; recoloring requires a separate confirmed request. Earlier preview jobs may use OpenAI GPT Image 1.5 Edit or Bria; restoring them uses their original model and request. The selected model and processing service are shown before submission. This is separate from the current free, team-handled AI Sprite Lab described below. Cloud processing involves sending data off your device; do not submit private data or someone's likeness without the necessary permission.
The browser keeps private recovery copies of the source, selection and candidate in IndexedDB. Jobs can be restored for 24 hours; old browser copies are removed when a new job is saved, or when you remove a saved preview. Closing the dialog does not delete a pending job. Our private service receipt contains account/job identifiers, input hashes and a signed recovery token, rather than an image copy or readable prompt; receipts and task records are kept for delivery and reconciliation. Images and instructions sent to fal.ai and its model providers are also subject to their privacy and retention practices. Contact support to request deletion of service records. A pricing page or a generation request does not authorise publishing your images; public showcasing continues to require separate permission. Failed-job records and provider receipts may be used to release reservations, reconcile charges and investigate errors.

Cloudflare provides hosting, networking, storage, database, rate-limiting, and Turnstile services. Technical request data can include IP address, device or browser details, request logs, and a security-check response. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Google provides optional account authentication. Discord provides backup authentication after it is explicitly connected to the same RantLayout account. Their handling of sign-in information is governed by their own privacy policies and the permissions shown during the OAuth flow. Where email/password access is enabled, Cloudflare Email Service processes the recipient email address and verification or password-reset message to deliver account emails from our Cloudflare-hosted application. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes. We do not send passwords to the email provider.
Google Analytics may measure visits and page activity. Google AdSense may provide advertising and site-verification technology. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services on Google's partner-sites page.
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how people use the site through interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replays. It follows the site's Google Consent Mode signals for analytics and advertising storage. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Baidu Analytics may be enabled in site configuration to measure traffic. When enabled, it is governed by the Baidu Privacy Policy.
If you use the private Prompt Recipe helper, your idea, relevant draft text and any clarification answer are sent to Volcengine Ark using Seed 2.1 Turbo (doubao-seed-2-1-turbo-260628) to prepare a suggestion for your review. This helper sends text rather than your image files, does not start image generation, and does not publish your draft.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to RantLayout and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You may also visit AboutAds opt-out choices for participating third-party vendors.
Advertising, ad-user-data, and ad-personalisation consent signals default to denied. For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage also defaults to denied while RantLayout is designed to use a Google-certified consent management platform through AdSense Privacy & messaging. Outside those regions, privacy-preserving audience measurement may be enabled according to the site configuration and applicable requirements. The Google message can offer consent, rejection, and management controls, subject to the configuration published for this domain.
You can revisit an available Google consent message with the button below. Browser controls can also block or clear cookies and local storage, though this may remove saved Maker work or affect features.
RantLayout is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us with enough detail to locate the submission so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted. Minors who are old enough to use the service should do so with any permission required from a parent or guardian where they live.
Information is kept only as reasonably needed to operate a feature, publish or moderate Gallery content, resolve reports, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by record. A private saved layout is not automatically made public; choosing Publish to Gallery makes the layout visible and searchable, subject to later withdrawal.
Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Account Privacy. Deletion removes sign-in methods, sessions, the Creator Profile, account-linked activity, and RantLayout-hosted profile avatars. Public Gallery layouts are retained so existing links and remixes continue to work, but their creator identity, profile link, and account ownership are removed and the layouts are labeled Anonymous creator. Gallery moderation records may remain where reasonably needed for safety and abuse prevention.
To request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion of a submitted layout, feedback item, or contact information, email support@rantlayout.com. Include the relevant URL or submission details, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically required for a verified request.
When you submit a Sprite Lab request, we store your reference image, description, email address and display preference privately. Our team uses OpenAI GPT Image to generate or edit AI Sprite Lab images and may send your reference image and description to the AI service used to run that model. The model is also disclosed at the top of the AI Lab page. We use your email for this request and send the finished image through Cloudflare Email Service; this does not subscribe you to marketing.
To help you return to your requests, this browser remembers request numbers and which team replies you have read. These records do not contain your email, images or message text and do not grant access. Private previews require a valid request verification session or an active account with the same verified email. Clearing site data removes saved links and reading markers; your original email links can still be used to verify access.
Public creative processes require separate permission and team review. With this permission, your original idea, sprite and selected team versions may be shown. Each reply and its images need separate permission before publication. After verifying your request email, you may choose an optional public nickname; leaving it blank displays you anonymously. We never derive a public name from your email. Changing or removing a nickname takes the current public process down until reviewed again. Earlier permissions for a finished image or original/result pair do not authorize this broader process sharing. Your email stays private. Private conversation files are removed 30 days after the final completion notification; reopening a request before then stops that countdown. Authorized public copies remain until removed or permission is withdrawn. Contact us from your submitted address with your request number to request deletion or withdraw sharing permission.
Material changes will appear here with a revised effective date. Contact RantLayout with privacy questions or if you need help locating submitted information.
