Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use the RantLayout Maker, official assets, exported files, uploads, private share links, community Gallery, and AI Sprite Lab (AI Lab) requests. By using those features, you agree to follow these rules.

Scope and audience

RantLayout is operated by Rant Layout Team. RantLayout is a general-audience creative website and is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to agree to online service terms where you live, use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You can browse most pages and use the core Maker without creating an account. Some features store work in your browser or create a private share link. A private link is not automatically approved for the public Gallery.

Accounts and community features

When accounts are available, you are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session. Keep access to every connected sign-in provider secure and sign out on shared devices. Do not impersonate another creator or claim layouts you do not own.

If you permanently delete your account, public Gallery layouts may remain available as Anonymous creator so saved links and remix lineage continue to work. Your Creator Profile, sign-in access, and account ownership of those retained layouts are removed. Contact RantLayout before deletion if you want a public layout withdrawn instead.

Layout feedback and product feedback must remain relevant, constructive, and safe. Follows, reports, blocks, feedback, and structured contact requests may not be used for harassment, spam, evading a block, or collecting personal information. RantLayout may hide feedback, close requests, suspend a Creator Profile or account, and retain an audit record of moderation actions.

A creator's external support link leads to a third-party service. RantLayout does not process, guarantee, refund, or mediate these external payments. Review the destination and its terms before paying or sharing information.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

The Maker's local editing tools and team-handled AI Sprite Lab test remain free, so there is no payment to refund for a free request. Paid purchases are available only when checkout is enabled on the Pricing page. The rules below apply to paid orders and are presented before checkout. Sandbox purchases do not create spendable customer credits.

The Creator plan is US$9.90 per month or US$49.00 per year. Creator subscriptions provide cloud AI credit allowances; existing local recoloring, manual PNG repair, on-device cutout and PNG export stay free. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Taxes, billing currency and the total amount must be shown before payment. A price change will be disclosed before it applies; these terms do not authorise an undisclosed charge.

Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Cancelling an annual renewal does not shorten the already-paid year. Cancellation is separate from a refund, and does not remove valid carried credits, purchased pack balances or user artwork. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the account Billing page or through the payment provider.

The Trial is a one-time US$2.99 purchase for 60 credits, expiring 7 × 24 hours after verified successful payment. It is not an automatically renewing trial or a Creator subscription. One-time packs are US$12.99 for 300 credits, US$29.99 for 800 credits, US$54.99 for 1,500 credits; they do not auto-renew or extend membership.

Subotiz provides hosted checkout, payment processing and subscription billing for paid purchases. Purchases must be linked to the correct signed-in account and verified payment record. A checkout return page alone does not confirm payment or grant credits. External creator support links are independent payments governed by that third-party service.

AI credits, carryover and expiry

Free daily allowance

Where available, Free AI mode allows one low-cost request per day. The allowance resets daily and does not accumulate. The Maker shows whether cloud AI is available for your account; local editing remains free.

Trial expires after 7 days

The one-time Trial includes 60 AI credits, valid for 7 × 24 hours after successful payment. It does not renew or turn into a subscription. It does not start or extend a Creator subscription.

Creator credits carry over once

Each monthly credit grant is usable in its original monthly window and the immediately following one. Any remaining credits from that grant then expire; they cannot roll over a second time.

Yearly payment, monthly credits

Creator Annual is billed once per year. It issues 300 credits each month for 12 months, not 3,600 credits upfront. Each grant has the same one-period carryover as the monthly plan.

Purchased packs do not expire

Credit packs have no time-based expiry, do not renew, and do not start or extend a recurring Creator subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not remove pack credits.

Earliest expiry first

Eligible credits with the earliest expiry are used first, followed by non-expiring packs. After a subscription ends, valid carried credits and pack balances remain usable for permitted AI requests until their own expiry, if any.

Credits are for cloud AI

Local recoloring, manual edge repair and existing on-device cutout do not cost AI credits. One credit is not one image: the model, quality, size and references affect the quote. A maximum charge is shown before a cloud request; failed tasks do not consume credits.

Creator monthly and annual plans both issue 300 credits per monthly credit window. Each grant can be used in that window and the immediately following one, then expires. The annual service period and its 12 monthly credit windows are separate. A refunded or reversed annual payment is reconciled with that order rather than generating future credits.

Credits are service units, not cash, transferable money or a promise of a fixed number of images. The operation quote, model and quality are shown before confirmation. Changes to future operation rates must be disclosed before a request; valid purchased balances must not be cleared merely because prices change, an account is inactive or membership ends.

Refunds and payment issues

Delivered digital orders are not automatically refundable because you change your mind, do not use the entitlement, dislike a delivered result's style or allow time-limited credits to expire. Unused credits do not create a no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

We review duplicate or incorrect charges, paid entitlements that were not delivered, and verified material failures preventing the purchased service from being used. We may correct the issue, restore the affected entitlement or refund the affected amount, as appropriate. Failed cloud AI tasks release reserved credits and do not automatically create a cash refund.

Refund requests require payment and delivery verification. An approved refund or charge reversal withdraws the corresponding order's credits or access; it cannot produce both a returned payment and reusable paid entitlement. Related credits may be reserved during review to prevent double spending; unrelated purchases and artwork are not deleted.

Nothing here limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation or other rights required by applicable law. Legally required consent for immediate digital delivery must be obtained separately at checkout; using this page alone does not waive those rights.

Read the complete Refund & cancellation policy. Contact support@rantlayout.com with an order reference and the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes or passwords.

Maker and exported files

You may use the Maker to arrange permitted assets and export your design. Your right to use an exported file depends on every image, font, character, logo, clip, and other element included in it. RantLayout does not give you rights to third-party material that you upload.

Official RantLayout assets

Assets identified as official RantLayout assets may be used inside the Maker and in resulting personal or social graphics unless a pack states narrower terms. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or present the source asset files as your own standalone asset library.

Your uploads and submissions

You keep ownership of content you create. By uploading material to operate the Maker or save a layout, you give RantLayout a limited permission to store, process, resize, display to you, and deliver that material as needed to provide the feature.

When you publish a layout to the public Gallery, you also give RantLayout a non-exclusive permission to host, display, index, review, create technical previews of, and make the design available for the remix experience. Publication happens after you confirm your rights; RantLayout may later withdraw or restrict the layout through post-publication moderation. You may request withdrawal through the Contact page. Removal from RantLayout does not control copies that other people may already have saved or shared.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or submit. Do not submit copyrighted characters, photographs, artwork, logos, music-related imagery, or other protected material merely because it can be found online.

AI acceptable use: content standards and prohibited categories

These rules apply to AI Sprite Lab (also called AI Lab), including reference images, prompts, generation and editing requests, generated results, and public showcases. You must not use RantLayout to request, generate, upload, publish, or distribute any of the following six categories:

  • Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, or content intended for sexual gratification.
  • Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, bloodshed, or content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs violence or serious harm.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanises, discriminates against, or incites hatred or violence toward people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, grooming, or any other content that endangers children, including synthetic or fictional depictions.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: content that impersonates a real person, brand, or organisation, or fabricates someone's likeness or actions to deceive others or without the necessary consent.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: content that uses protected artwork, characters, logos, or other material without the rights or permission required for the requested use, or falsely suggests endorsement.

AI Lab is a team-handled test: our team reviews submitted references and ideas before making a result and reviews results before delivery or optional public showcasing. Requests that violate these rules may be declined; submitting a request does not override these content standards. Public showcasing also requires the separate sharing consent described in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse a prohibited request and remove or restrict a noncompliant showcase, layout, or other content. The existing account and community moderation measures below also apply where relevant. To report unsafe or infringing AI content, or request a review of a decision, email support@rantlayout.com with the page URL or request number and a brief explanation. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; report its location instead.

Prohibited content and behaviour

  • Copyright or trademark infringement, counterfeit promotion, or unauthorised redistribution.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or instructions for serious harm.
  • Doxxing, passwords, identity documents, private contact details, or other information you are not entitled to publish.
  • Spam, malware, deceptive downloads, automated submissions, or attempts to interfere with review and security controls.

Post-publication moderation

RantLayout may withdraw, restrict, or remove a layout, asset, feedback topic, tag, creator name, or link when rights are unclear, content is unsafe, a report needs investigation, or the submission does not provide a useful public experience. Automatic publication is not approval or a guarantee that material will remain published indefinitely.

Rights and safety reports

If you believe a public asset or layout infringes your rights or exposes unsafe information, email RantLayout with the exact URL, the material involved, the basis of your report, and a way to reply. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless they are specifically required for a verified legal request.

Service availability and responsibility

RantLayout is actively developed and may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features. Keep your own copy of important exports and design data. The service is provided without a promise that every browser, upload, saved link, or export will remain available without interruption.

You are responsible for reviewing your design before publishing or distributing it and for following the rules of any platform where you post it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RantLayout is not responsible for losses caused by third-party material, platform decisions, deleted browser storage, or use outside these terms.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. These terms are an operational description of the current service and are not a substitute for legal advice. Contact RantLayout if a rule is unclear or you need to request review of submitted material.
